About the Business
Validus Gym was established in August 2009. We recognised that Clackmannanshire was lacking in a working vibrant gym that could provide a range of cardiovascular, free weights and intelligent training systems. We are a pro-active company who encourages freelance Personal Trainers to hire our facilities which is the only gym in Forth Valley that currently allows this. We strongly believe in teenagers getting fit with their parents.
One in five 13-16 year olds are overweight. Thus being the reason we have a junior membership at £45 paid in advance for 3 months, an option we have never seen in any other gym in the area. The gym is staffed at all times by our fully qualified instructors who strive to create a friendly atmosphere. We have a wide range of members from all ages and sizes.
