About the Business
We were employed to create a full Mechanical and Electrical Design Specification, complete with a full package of drawings, by the Project Management Company for Tender Purposes for this very prestigious development which comprised of: The Main House, an Edwardian Accommodation Block altered to house the staff for the Equestrian Centre, an Indoor Swimming Pool and an Equestrian Training Centre. Our Involvement was for the Main Building and Edwardian Block, including the design for the main services requirement for the estate. After the Tender process was complete, we were appointed by the Building Contractors to oversee the Mechanical and Electrical Installations, working closely with the Client, Interior Designers and Installation Contractors.
