The Celtic Academy's philosophy aims to cover every aspect required to help you achieve your individual goals. Our highly skilled and qualified Strength and Conditioning Coaches, Physiotherapists, Massage therapists, Personal Trainers and Nutritionists will provide you with the best coaching and information possible.
We don't have bikes, treadmills or steppers, just excellent coaching skills in resistance training to develop stability, posture and performance.
