About the Business
We are a friendly, family run fitness centre based right in the centre of Hexham, Northumberland. We understand the different needs of our members and we are here to help guide you from the very beginning. If you would like to come and view our facilities please feel free to pop in and we'll show you around.
Our classes range from the ever popular ‘Insanity' to the more lower intensity Aerobic workouts. So we'll have something to suit you. Our range of classes is always changing and improving so take a look at our on-line calendar and see if there's something that fits in with your timetable.
