About the Business
Mark Howick set up Inspired Fitness Training Ltd in September 2010 after 5 years of successfully running Fitness Instructing and Personal Training courses for the Basingstoke Sports Centre. Our aim is not only to provide students with a recognised qualification but also to provide them with the experience and skills needed to work successfully in the industry.
Our courses enable student to gain a recognised qualification along with the most up to date health & fitness knowledge. Inspired Fitness Training differs from most training providers as we create an opportunity for students to use the skills they are learning in a commercial gym environment. Throughout the duration of the course students will be supervised and assisted to instruct customers within an actual gym setting. This helps re-enforce the learning process and allows students to gain the skills and experience to be able to apply the knowledge they have learnt with a wide variety of clients.
