About the Business
I would recommend healthworks to everyone. I was a member of Jimmy's Gym before Conor took over, and Healthworks is like a breath of fresh air. Conor is full of new ideas, training techniques and helpful advice. If you're like how I used to be, and not really clued up on the equipment or what to do to work certain parts of your body, then there is always someone around that is happy to guide and advise what will work best for you. I now also go to circuits twice a week, and absolutely love it! Conor, Danny and Ben are constantly switching and changing their workouts, which makes it fun and enjoyable each week. I am fitter, stronger and happier with my body than I have ever been! Thanks so much guys!
