About the Business
We are happy to announce our arrival in the city by offering members access to our gym with the very latest in cardio and strength equipment. Gym 24 Seven operates 24 hours per day, seven days a week giving our members added benefit of unlimited access to a clean, safe and professional environment that is run by FRIENDLY and APPROACHABLE staff.
As the pre-season training starts in January for football it is time to give my training abit of a mix up. The last 2/3 months my training was focused around the powerlifting competition which was mainly heavy weight training and very little cardio sessions.
