Energise Health and Fitness Centre is geared to make your training sessions enjoyable in a professional, yet relaxed and friendly environment. We have four fully qualified and experienced personal trainers on hand to supervise your training sessions or offer advice. Out aim is to make exercise accessible to everyone, whether your a gym novice, regular gym goer, young, old, big or small.
Energise is located within walking distance of Pontypridd town centre making it a perfect location for dropping into on the way home from work or after some shopping. Housed in a modern building, the complex boasts superb facilities including locker rooms and showers.
