Open 24 hours per day, we have been providing Bognor Regis with it's very own all access gym since 2013. A great environment to train and achieve your goals is what we strive for, a welcoming and friendly feel is what we deliver every day. New to the gym? We have developed an incredible 'Four Stage Induction Plan' which will enable you to get it right from day one. Regardless of your fitness background, we have the facilities and services to enable you to succeed with your personal fitness goals.
We have worked tirelesly to ensure that we have a relationship with anyone who uses our gym. Beyond your induction, your support doesn't stop there. We work in the gym for a minimum of 12 hours every day, and we are available to help with any of your questions.
