About the Business
CrossFit is a functional, strength and conditioning programme focussing on the 10 major aspects of physical fitness. It is the principle training programme for many elite professional athletes, champion fighters, Olympians and military Special Forces. However, it is designed to be completely scalable, meaning it can be tailored and applied to any committed individual regardless of fitness or experience. The fitness needs of Olympic athletes and house wives differ in level, not kind!
This means the same routines can be used for a grandmother to a cage fighter, we change the load and intensity, we don't change the programme! We will train you using functional movements such as deadlifts, snatches, and squats, gymnastic movements including pull ups, dips, handstands and rope climbs, combined with running, rowing and skipping. Our workouts are short, constantly varied, and performed at high intensity.
