About the Business
Come along on Mondays (exc Bank Holidays) for one or both of our fun aqua classes. Just £6 per class - no need to book. Monday evenings 7.30-8.30pm. No experience required, mats are provided, and the atmosphere is one of calm with the addition of a giggle or two! Just £25 for 4 classes if booked in advance, or £8.50 per session.
Come on in for a gym session, refreshing swim or book in a game of tennis with some friends. All included in membership for £25 per month or £240 per year, with a free induction to the gym, or pay as you go.
